SnipeShot LLC will provide a one-time replacement only of your stick, IF BROKEN DUE TO A MANUFACTURING DEFECT, “within 30 days from the date of purchase.” The following information must be provided before creating a return online:

An original receipt from an authorized SnipeShot dealer, along with the white serial number sticker affixed to the original receipt. (Hand-written receipts or MasterCard/Visa statements will not be accepted). Please keep a photocopy of your receipt for your records. ALL RETURNS WITHOUT THE REQUIRED INFORMATION WILL BE DENIED.

If purchased online, within 30 days of purchase you must contact our returns@snipeshowsticks.com attaching a photo of the damaged area of the stick.

  • Once you have created your return online, you must return your broken stick along with the required information within 14 days from the date the return was created.
  • All shipping expenses are the responsibility of the consumer.
  • Please note that, upon examination of returned stick, if SnipeShot determines that there is a manufacturing defect, we will ship the same or equivalent model stick replacement to the address you provide. We must have a full mailing address; we cannot ship to P.O. Box numbers.
  • The warranty policy does not cover any breakages due to misuse or abuse.  We will not return or repair the stick/shaft/replacement blade or refund your money.
